I'm pretty sure that does not happen.
EDIT (so as to avoid misunderstandings):
CWC: Work completed. Only balancing, troubleshooting, and possibly small additions (maps / game modes / missions / new units in special missions and maps, if ever).
EA for CWC: Will not give.
444 / 451 / 453 / 454 / 454(1) / 455 / 455(1): There is an addon for CWC see here and here.
Arcade: As far as I know nothing came of it.
So now should be all understandable  .
